Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA)
Thank you to everyone involved in my case. I never dreamed of such an outcome and you have made such a long and difficult case seem easy and bearable.
Nigel, Derbyshire
The EPA is an extremely useful document. It allows a person to appoint someone to manage their affairs on their behalf. The EPA can be limited in a variety of ways such as dealing with certain assets, performing only particular actions, or it can come into effect at specific times, such as when the person giving the EPA (the 'donor') has become incapable of managing their own affairs, either through old age or as a result of an accident.
