Persistent Vegetative State (PVS)
I would recommend Alexander Harris because they provide a very good service.

PVS occurs when a person has lost all cognitive neurological function. A person with PVS may be able to breathe (if the lower part of the brain is still functioning) but has no control over speech, movement and thought. It is also thought that they have no awareness of their surroundings. Patients are unable to swallow and receive assisted feeding through artificial tubes.
