Cauda Equina Lesion
Thank you so much for handling my case so well. You came to know us at a great time of sadness and you were so kind. We will always remember you as very professional but also very warm hearted.
Sylvia, Tamworth
The cauda equine is the nerves that spread out from the base of the spine (literally the horse's tail). Damage to these can cause loss of power and sensation in the legs. The bladder and bowels are also likely to be affected. If the nerve roots are not crushed they can re-grow and recovery can occur.
