Thank you very much for all your hard work, especially as the outcome is better than expected. Can't thank you enough.

Further concerns have been raised over the care of the elderly after nurses at another nursing home are struck off for mistreatment of patients.
The three women worked at the Heather Lodge Nursing Home in Folkestone, near Kent. They have been struck off the nursing register after being found guilty of "lamentable and disgraceful" treatment of patients at a care home for the elderly in Kent.
The head of the nursing home and two nurses were suspended from practising in November last year.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council was told of a catalogue of failings at the 18-bed home. The hearing was told that patients were left in pain and discomfort at the home.
An investigation was carried out into blunders at the care home between May 1997 and September 1999 after visiting medics raised concerns.
Anne Kelly, chair of the committee said that the panel had not seen enough evidence to show the women were fit to practice, and that to allow the three to remain on the register would put a risk public trust and confidence in the nursing profession. She said the head of the home was particularly at fault.
Alexander Harris currently represents a number of families of patients who died at the Kingsway Hospital in Derby. A Police investigation was launched in 1997, which examined the deaths of a number of elderly patients at the hospital. Alexander Harris represents 7 out of the 11 deceased who were aged between 67 and 92. The Inquests into the deaths of the 11 elderly patients began in January and are expected to take up to three weeks.
