BBC Watchdog featured three women who had suffered severe allergic reactions after using hair dye last night.
There is concern that many people may be allergic to the chemical para-phenylenediamine (PPD), which is widely used in hair dyes.
Alexander Harris is representing a 17 year old who experienced breathing difficulties and developed blisters, and a severe rash after using a hair dye.
