Last night we hosted a meeting of the Spinal Cord Injury Special Interest Group of APIL, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, at our London office.
Elizabeth-Anne Gumbel QC and Henry Witcamb spoke about the practical implications of the Court of Appeal's decision in the case of Sowden Vs Lodge.
The lecture was attended by over thirty-five of the UK's leading Spinal Cord Injury lawyers.
Warren Collins, national co-ordinator of the Spinal Injury special interest group, and specialist solicitor in spinal injury said:
"The presentation gave a practical and useful overview of some of the most challenging issues being faced by catastrophic injury lawyers today."
