Preliminary hearing will take place at the Coroner's Court in Liverpool on Monday 10th January 2005 at 2.30pm, in order that arrangements for the inquest into Luke's death can be made. Legal representatives will be attending on behalf of the Royal Liverpool Children's NHS Trust and Ruth Winston-Jones. It is not anticipated that any witnesses will be attending to give evidence, as the full results from the post-mortem examination are not yet available.
