I would like to thank you again for the speedy and sensitive way in which you have dealt with this matter. I would have no hesitation in recommending your firm to anyone in the future.

The inquest into the death of a local GP concluded that persistent and serious bleeding following a tonsil operation led to his death.
Dr Harmohinder Gill, 68 from Urmston bled excessively after an operation to remove one of his tonsils. He was readmitted to Trafford General Hospital where he fell into a coma for five weeks before he died in September 2004.
The Coroner for South Manchester John Pollard said the GP's death was "an unintended result of an intended action". He recorded a verdict of 'misadventure' at the inquest yesterday held at Stockport Magistrates Court.
"The Gill family questioned whether the operation should have been performed at all given Dr Gill's age and the medication he was taking," said the family's solicitor of Alexander Harris.
Dr Gill's widow and son are also doctors and are now running the GP practice in Urmston.
"The family would like to thank the local community for the support and kind words they have received over the last nine months," added their solicitor.
Following the verdict the coroner expressed his concern about the poor communication of information at the hospital that was evident in this case between medical staff and to patients and their families. He intends to write to the Chief Executive of Trafford Healthcare NHS Trust to express his concern.
