Six year old Hannah Olateju is one of this year's winners of the Woman's Own Children of Courage awards.
Hannah had to have both of her legs and arms amputated after developing blood poisoning having caught meningitis when she was three years old.
Her hobbies include dancing, swimming, and playing football, and she is an inspiration to all who have met her.
A trust fund has been set up for Hannah.

The Children of Courage awards are in their thirty-second year.
Hannah was presented with her award by the Duchess of Cornwall along with ten other children at an awards ceremony at Westminster abbey in London today.
She met the Prime Minister and his wife as well as a host of other celebrities at the star studded event.
