Thank you for all your time and excellent work and rest assured that if myself or family or friends require any legal help in the future I will refer them to yourselves.

Boosting her knowledge and medico-legal qualifications,Partner Louise Hunt graduated this this month with an MA in Medical Ethics and Law from the University of Manchester.
Based in our Solihull office, Louise specialises in clinical negligence cases and has already put what she has learnt into practice.
"The course has helped me to focus on new areas of healthcare law, particularly human rights issues. I recently used my knowledge from the course to pursue a case for a client using the Human Rights Act.
The case confirmed a principle that lawyers have been trying to change
for years, entitling the relative of a patient, who died as a result of
delay in treatment, to compensation," said Louise.
The course covered a wide range of medical and legal topics including consent
and refusal of treatment; access to health care, an understanding of
ethical issues including euthanasia, organ transplantation, genetic
testing, HIV testing and research ethics.
