Jayne, EveshamGary was riding his bicycle to work one morning when he was knocked off by a car being driven at high speed. The driver did not stop and the car was later found abandoned by the police. Gary sustained a serious spinal cord injury resulting in partial paralysis. It turned out that the car was stolen and was also uninsured. With the help of Alexander Harris, Gary has made a claim with the MIB. The value of the claim is still being investigated and we have facilitated a whole range of rehabilitation measures which has ensured that Gary has been able to return to his pre-accident job with assistance paid for by the MIB. This case is ongoing.
